As we step into a new quarter, I’m pleased to share exciting updates on our projects, growth, and strategic moves:
1. Project Allocations: Driving Forward with Confidence
We’re excited to announce that allocation for Monarch’s Court, Omu-Epe, will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Similarly, The Pearl Residence, Ido, Ibadan will see allocation on May 10, 2025.
Meanwhile, the final phase of allocations at Premier City is well underway and expected to be completed by end of May 2025.
2. Expansion News: Premier City Annex Reopens
Due to popular demand, we’ve officially reopened Premier City Annex, Moniya. This move further cements our status as the largest multi-site landowners along the Moniya–Iseyin Expressway corridor — a rapidly developing region of high investment potential.
3. Building the Future: Our Development Project Begins
We are excited to announce the commencement of our residential building project, a testament to our continued drive to provide value-driven housing solutions. More details will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
4. We’ve Moved: A New Home for a Growing Vision
To accommodate our expanding team and operations, Land Republic is relocating its Ibadan office to a more strategic and spacious location:
No. 211, Ikolaba Estate, Tunji Bello Road, New Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new space soon.
5. Monarch’s Court Sold Out — Phase 2 Launching Soon
Last month, Monarch’s Court, Omu-Epe (Ogun State) was sold out in record time. Your trust in our vision made that possible — thank you.
In response to overwhelming demand, we’re excited to announce Phase 2 is coming soon, with pre-order details to follow shortly. This will be a limited offer, and we encourage early interest.
