Further to our earlier communication requesting the submission of your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Taxpayer ID, we note that some partners are yet to provide these details.


Kindly be informed that, in line with applicable tax regulations, a 10% Withholding Tax (WHT) will be deducted at source on commissions for partners without valid tax information. This represents the non-compliance rate, as opposed to the standard 5% WHT applicable when the required tax details are submitted.


Please note that this deduction will apply to all subsequent commission payments until your tax information is duly provided.


To avoid this, we strongly encourage you to complete your submission as soon as possible via the link provided Here. The form also includes guidance to assist you in obtaining your TIN and Taxpayer ID where necessary.
