We trust you are doing well.
In light of the recent OMM shop price review, we would like to provide further clarification on the applicable commission schedule, ensuring transparency, clear expectations, and a shared understanding of how partner commissions are calculated.
Kindly note that the revised selling prices are inclusive of VAT; however, partner commissions are calculated exclusively on the shop price (before VAT). The applicable commission remains 10% of the shop price, subject to a 5% Withholding Tax (WHT) deduction in accordance with statutory requirements (as previously communicated).

Important Note:
Commissions are calculated only on the shop price (VAT Exclusive).
VAT is a statutory government levy and does not form part of the commissionable amount.
A 5% Withholding Tax (WHT) is deducted from the gross commission in line with applicable tax regulations.
